Eligibility

You may use Cereviq if you can create an account and follow these draft terms. A parent or guardian should help younger students. Cereviq is not a school-issued platform.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the email and password on your account and for activity that happens while you are signed in. Keep your password private. You can change your email or password, or delete the account, from Settings.

Acceptable use

Use Cereviq to study with material you are allowed to upload. Do not use it to harm others, break the law, or interfere with the service. Details are on Acceptable Use.

Your uploaded content

You keep whatever rights you already have in notes and files you upload. You grantCereviq only the limited permission needed to store that material and generate the study tools you request. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI-generated output

Guides, quizzes, flashcards, catch-up lessons, and tutor replies are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts against your course materials or instructor. See AI Disclosure.

Educational-use disclaimer

Cereviq is a study aid. It does not assign official grades, replace a teacher, or guarantee exam results.

Intellectual property

The Cereviq name, site design, and product software belong to Cereviq. Your class notes remain yours, subject to any rights your school or publisher already has.

Availability

Cereviq may be unavailable, change, or lose generated content during maintenance or outages. There is no uptime promise in this draft.

Suspension and termination

Cereviq may suspend or close an account that appears to misuse the product. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.

Billing

Paid plans shown on the marketing site are planned only. Billing and subscriptions are not live. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or charge a card.

Limitation of liability

This paragraph still needs legal review. Until then, treat Cereviq as a pre-launch study tool provided as-is. Cereviq does not accept unlimited liability for study outcomes, AI mistakes, or service interruptions in this draft.
